I used "Do...Glad you'll still be blogging! I used "Don't break the seal" tonight while staring into my kid's halloween buckets. Once that seal gets broken, it's baaad news! I think I ate 75% of their chocolate halloween candy last year. So, thanks for the tip!Jaimehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07121685557610559177noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1227339762832373543.post-2522554200027285092010-10-31T09:35:05.452-07:002010-10-31T09:35:05.452-07:00So glad you'll be back - love you. I haven't started the BC yet - I broke my leg last winter and I still have a hard time doing all that cardio, the leg and the knees just don't want to cooperate. A yuck mood just makes me want to say forget it - that's why I've really enjoyed your blog, you make me laugh and stop feeling sorry for myself. You're doing great!

DonnaDonna Dhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11119972839438717143noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1227339762832373543.post-40753796744599478682010-10-31T07:56:08.006-07:002010-10-31T07:56:08.006-07:00Yay! So glad to hear you'll keep blogging! I h...Yay! So glad to hear you'll keep blogging! I have been treating the bootcamp as a kind of jump start for the Perfect Design series, so like Caroline, this blog has helped as my "inspiration and motivation to get rid of the rest of it" (her words). (I gained a ton of weight writing my dissertation - I call it my baby weight, and it really pi$$ed me off, because I didn't even get the kid!) Anyway, ten pounds down - thirty more to go. Oooooh, how I hate saying that out loud, but knowing others are out there struggling just the same somehow makes it better. So, thanks, I'm enjoying this and your success is so fantastic! You're almost done!
-Susandawsonsedhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05808366853882876455noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1227339762832373543.post-15432403005155840232010-10-30T22:36:09.653-07:002010-10-30T22:36:09.653-07:00Hahahaha... While we're on the potty talk: Wha...Hahahaha... While we're on the potty talk: What I've always known as "breaking the seal" is that first toilet trip when out drinking. It usually means you end up going with great regularity after that, but yep, same principle when applied to anything!

You did great to get back into it after a short break. Many wouldn't have.

I'm out the other side now. I'm very pleased with myself. And VERY surprised at the change. TAM definitely works! I have SHRUNK. I also have hope that one day my inner hottie will be released (she's lurking under some fat that only Tracy can burn).

Still got a bit to go after bootcamp but I have some good habits formed and your and other blogs to follow (so glad your going to keep posting!!) for inspiration and the motivation to get rid of the rest of it (plus my own before and afters to look at if I ever think it's not possible).

You're nearly there!

Carrie xoCarrieNhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08578264599958247602noreply@blogger.com
